break wind
就在这个惊天大“屁”之后，英国某报纸就使用break wind来表示放屁！
英语词典中break有“破裂，破…而出”、wind有“风，气流”的意思，所以它们组合在一起的break wind就有“放屁”的含义。大家会不会认为这是个既委婉又生动的表达？
If I break windat dinner, should I say "Pardon," or pretend nothing has hened.

fart around
除了上面的表示方式，fart around也可以表示放屁。因为fart既表示名词屁（可数），也表示动词放屁。所以fart搭配around就有放屁的意思了。
在美国cut the cheese不但是切奶酪，还有“放屁”的含义。它是属于美式俚语。

fool around
fool around不是身边都是傻子，在俚语中它有两个意思。我们来了解了解：
►闲荡；游手好闲；干无用的事

一看boss around你就知道并不简单！它真的不是“老板在你身边”的意思！
